So feeling a little heavy today. I decided to measure and see some non-scale results. In January of 2010, the beginning of my journey I took my measurements.

Here they are:
Waist: 43.5"
Hips: 52.8"
Thigh: 25.8"

Today
Waist: 33.5"
Hips: 41.0"
Thigh: 22.0"
Ribcage: 33 1/8"
Chest: 39"

I'll be okay and figure out this gain issue. Look at how far I've come. I'll get it done!

  2. Really impressive! Stepping back and looking at the progress in terms of something other than weight is helpful. I am bad at measuring - I should start doing it.
