2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I got my running in - 3.0 miles. For the first time in about a month and a half I felt like I could go farther when I was done. Finally getting back on track. Cold gone. Head back.
