I got up and ran this morning. It felt so good to move and sweat! Oh how I missed it! I had a personal best for a 5K today - that felt good. I would like to find a race to run on Thanksgiving Day - how would that be - earn my calories for Thanksgiving?
We did go out to eat Saturday morning - Golden Corral - all you can eat breakfast. I had grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew, 3 quarter slices of ham, cottage cheese and 1 tamale. I felt great. I took my thin buns and ham for sandwiches the rest of the time.
I walked with the kids on Saturday when we went trick-or-treating and in the small Halloween parade that was held.
I know that if I follow the plan and stick to the behaviors that are proven effective - I will see results on the scale. I will. It's a fact.
This week - Read through my Weight Watchers books - Review and Renew!
Work on Positive Self-Talk.
Do the Shred Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Run Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
