Life is great! I made it through Thanksgiving and had a great day with my family! I ate what I wanted in smaller portion and I felt great at the end of the day. I wasn't deprived. I had a slice of pumpkin pie and and a half slice of chocolate pie. Do you know what - that's okay. I survived. I don't know about you but my Thanksgiving last year was horrible for my weight -- I ate and ate and ate. I made it through Thanksgiving and I have 11.5 flex points left. I actually used most of those flex points last weekend. I love how I feel. I love the confidence I have gained. Confidence.

I was a little disappointed that I didn't do a 5K yesterday but it was bitter cold and you couldn't have paid me to go outside and run. I have earned 32 activity points this week. Keeping up on the activity is an awesome and attainable goal. Glad it got set!

I am so grateful that we didn't have to travel. I could stick to my routine and have a great Thanksgiving holiday!
