Behaviors - Negative first - just one - Swedish fish - they must go some where - today... they will disappear (not in my mouth). I also had 5 candy corns. They got tracked - every bit.
Positive - Every thing that went in my mouth was tracked yesterday. From breakfast to dinner.
Positive Self-Talk - I keep telling myself I will see results. I know I will - They've been huge that past 2 weeks. No matter what they are - I will see positive result when I follow the healthy habits.
