I didn't post yesterday - I started one and saved it - it was pretty negative. Mental - again - look how strong our minds are.

I got up and ran today - 4.5 miles. Felt good when I was done. Still have a tender stomach and I'm not sure why. My little girl has thrown up so that' s probably a pretty good source.

This week I'm just tired of the process. I really took a break this week. I still tracked and still worked out but mentally - I took a break.

I ordered an new Jillian Michaels DVD - No More Trouble Zones - I watched it yesterday. It looks tough. It's almost an hour long which is great for my Tuesdays and Thursdays! I'm actually excited to do it. What's nice is I don't have to do the entire dvd - I can pick which circuits I want to do - I love that flexibility.
