2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

At my Weight Watchers meeting on Saturday Vicki handed out a sheet to set a goal for the holiday season and a place to list how I would accomplish that goal. Since I was up a pound after a pretty good week, I was ornery and really not wanting to set any goals. Today I have a little more perspective. I do need something to get me through the holidays. This is life. I need a plan. I want to set a goal that really is achievable to me - this is tough. The holidays are tough. Wait -- I can do hard things. I already have. I can do more!

Weight Watchers Holiday Goal:
I will weigh less January 1, 2011
than I did on October 30, 2010.
In my mind I hate putting a number in my goal - so I didn't.
It's the process, the behaviors, habits and positive thinking that will get me there.
That's what I will focus on!

How will I achieve this goal?
1. Track! Track! Track!
2. Keep Running
3. Keep Shredding
4. Start strength training - Tues & Thurs
5. No Sugar - No Matter what amount!
6. Positive Thinking - I can do this! I can do hard things!
