Healthy Habits -- this week they aren't on my mind as much but I am using them. I am thinking about what I eat and I am putting things down before they go in my mouth. I absolutely know that if I follow the Healthy Habits I will have success on the scales. I know - I am confident. I can do hard things.
Isn't it amazing how our minds our so right? So powerful. So controlling. If you think you can do something - you will. It really is mind over matter.
