2013 Goals

3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Oh my heck! No Trouble Zones is TOUGH!!! Every muscle in my body is quivering. I completed the entire workout - I didn't think I could do the entire thing but I did - except one move. Lay on your side with your feet stacked and lift your body up - I could only do a few. This will be a great move to see some progress on. Surrenders also are so tough. Today I did them without the hand weights.

The ab work is outstanding. I can't wait to see a difference. I just have to be brave enough to do it on Thursday :)

WOW! Bring on the day! Laundry -- you got nothin'!
