Today's run was awesome. I felt so good. Friday I was so slow and sluggish. Today's pace was faster for a good part of my run. I'm so grateful to be able to run and to move. Thank goodness. It saves me.

Saturday's weigh in was okay - down 0.4 lbs. I really don't like the number but there are other things to focus on. I'm back to feeling normal and down. I attribute it to Jillian Michaels work out. I love it. I can't wait to do it tomorrow. It shapes me. It keeps me in check. It gives me confidence. I feel slimmer. I feel great. I am on top of Thanksgiving! I can do this.

Next week Weight Watchers starts it's new program. I've googled it and it looks awesome. I can't wait and I hope what I'm reading is accurate. The focus will be on whole grains - and healthier eating. Not all points are created equal - this is something that I have struggled with all along. I will opt for chips at 3 points instead of a banana at 2 or even veggies. Now there will b incentive to eat the veggies and fruit. I can't wait to learn more! I think this change is exactly what I need to get into the 100's! I really can't wait!
