Have you ever had a day when you could run and run and run? This morning was like that - no school today, no reason to hurry home. Except I had my husband's truck and he needed to go to work. Still no pressure to get three boys out the door dressed, with lunches and homework.

I am trying so hard to understand the mental part of this journey. Last week was such a negative week for me. At my weigh in I was negative but something changed during my meeting. I walked out energized. I felt like I was doing okay. I walked out knowing this week would be different. This week was going to be great.

I think I'm excited about the new program - I really can't wait to begin and get all the facts. It's like waiting for Christmas!
