I'm back on track and it feel really good. Remember this feeling. No sugar - I feel great. Eating with in my points -- Lots of confidence. Working out -- Can't beat it.
As I run in my circle for 45 minutes, I have a lot of time to think. LOTS. There are a lot of different types of people - all different levels of fitness. There are two girls today that reminded me a lot of me. Getting up, getting to the gym, walking and then lifting a little. It never really got me any where. I went through the motions and would lose a few pounds. They always found me again.
What's the difference? Why was this time different? It's all mental. Our mind controls every things. Something clicked this time. Weight Watchers, running, positive thinking .... it was all different. I really believe that a huge difference is blogging. It allowed my mind to get everything in order. It allowed me to get my frustrations and success out. It gives me a history that allows me to see past mistakes and correct them. It allows me to see others successes and failures and realize that I am not alone. Other people have the same problems I do.
I'm so grateful to be where I am today. I'm so grateful to be able to recover from my setbacks and realize they are just learning roadblocks in my journey.
I agree... mental is a huge part! I really enjoy your blog. And your pictures from your last post look awesome! I am just getting back into weight watchers and I am feeling a bit like you that I feel different this time. I just need to get my activity up!
