I am on carb overload. I feel bloated and yucky today. Hey self -- this is how you feel when you do whatever you want. Remember this feeling -- yucky, bloated, fat, heartburn.

I've been missing the Shred so I started again today. I know that I've asked this before but how can I run and shred? I want to try doing the Shred everyday. I'm not going to quit running. I only run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I only did the Shred on Tuesday and Thursday - never Saturday. Mornings are really what works for me so that life doesn't get in the way. Shredding works - I felt great - stronger - held together - skinnier. I bet I have time to Shred when I get home from running - I just wouldn't get my shower in before the kids leave.

I've got to get my head wrapped around things again. Mental! Mental! Mental! Positive! Positive! Positive!

Today - I am grateful for the 30 Shred!
