Managing my thoughts. Why am I struggling with this? I got on the scale this morning. That's why. A number. A number throws me into a tail spin. I don't want to weigh in tomorrow. I don't want a number written down.
Look at my activity points. I feel like I should have fat melting off. My eating has been okay, by no means terrible, could have been better. Overall a good week. Fruits and veggies very low - it's time to go shopping. There's the answer. I've reached for carbs when hungry. I need to get my fruits and veggies.

I got up this morning. I ran 4 miles. It's Friday. It's warm outside. The sunrise was awesome. It's Friday. I blogged. It's Friday!
