I did No More Trouble Zones for the second time today. Whoa. It went so much faster today but boy, do I have some sore muscles. It does feel good. I know the results will be worth it. 45 minutes of Jillian -- Muwahhahaha!

Not much to say -- crying daughter at my side. She wants to sit in my lap while I type. As much as I love her - that doesn't work for me.

Something exciting -- I will have 40 activity points after tomorrow! Yeah. I only have 2.5 extra points left. I had a crappy weekend - but you know what - I tracked everything. Monday I only had 9 flex points left. Next week - my goal is to have 40 activity points and still have 20 of my flex points left. That's a low number but with Thanksgiving - I need to give myself some turkey points. Some - not all!
