It's Halloween weekend and we are traveling - 2 things that need to be focused on and a plan made. I know that with a plan and some mental rehearsing I will have success this weekend.

I've already been thinking about what I need to pack to eat.
I am instituting a sugar-free weekend, this will be a life saver!
Tracking will also be BIG! I will track everything I eat.

I know that we will go out to eat- fruits, veggies, salads and fat free dressing will be my staples.

Eating on the drive - BIG! I will pack my apples and carrots. Water. Water. Water. Gum.

It's a small plan and one that is still in progress but I can do this!
