This morning was a little short on the work out end - My dear son came down in the beginning and announced that he was sick and had just thrown up - nice. Good thing though, last kid to get it - yeah!

I let my waiting mess sit and did Jillian's work out for 30 minutes. I love how I feel when I'm done. I don't feel bad doing it either. I do need to get some 3 pound weights - I'm using 5 pounds and my shoulder aren't making it through the first circuit.

I love the circuits. I love the predictability. I love the repetition. It all is natural and feels great. I think my arms are looking great - can't wait for short sleeve weather again!

Eating has been okay - I have had some cookie dough. I was making cookie dough on the weekend and freezing it - loved doing that. I don't mind having a cookie on the weekend. This past weekend just got away from me - so many place to be and so many things to do. Such is life. I will take it as it comes. I'm thankful for the busy times.
