What a morning! This morning, bright and early, my boys and I hiked to the Y. We went with the youth in preparation for Trek. It was a great workout. After we got home then my husband and I went to help our friends move. Whoa. I've burned calories today! I love that I can do that now. At 259 pounds - I would have died.
