Weigh in! Down 1.8! I'm in the 220s!!!! I'm at 229. I can't even remember the last time I saw that number! I walked out of Weight Watchers with so much confidence this morning. A little pride and a few tears of wonderful emotion. Yes, I cried. What for? The 220s? Running over 3 miles this morning? Weighing in the first place? I don't really know but it was a happy cry!

I have been weighing in on Thursdays because of our traveling the past 2 weekends. The same is true for this weekend.

Traveling - I thought my weight loss would take a detour for the month. What did I do? I planned. I followed my plan. I took my own food, skipped the desserts and worked out. I did it! One more weekend to go. I can do it!
