So I was curious about my time without the warm up or cool down - 31:39 minutes and 2.6915 miles, so under 12 minutes at 11.66 minutes a mile. Not much difference but a little faster.

Great run, beautiful morning. It rained over night, the grass and road was wet. It smelled great. I ran a brand new route this morning and I totally loved it. It was a long the canal but it was southeast of where I usually go and the canal road wasn't as rocky. All mapped out on Gmaps it was 2.9331 miles. Yes I am using all the decimals - it all counts! My time - 31:39 plus the 2 minute warm up and 2 minute cool down. So 35:39 total. So still a 12 minute average. It feels great. Not much else to say - weigh in is tomorrow. I feel like I had a great weekend, tracked each day and ran twice. We'll see what the scale says. I did a good job! I will run tomorrow before I weigh in - that always helps.

Great job on the running! You are going at a great pace!
ReplyDeleteJust so you know your font color against your red background is really hard to read, atleast for me.
Thanks for the support. I don't have a red background, do I?
ReplyDeleteOn my monitor my background is white - is anyone else seeing a red background?
