Rhythm. Something else I noticed today. When rhythm happens, when I get into that nice rhythm that my body finds comfortable, I can run forever, well if forever is 5 miles or less.
Distance 4.6025 Time 57:27 Wahooooo! 12.5 mile. Um. Not going for time today. Strictly distance. Nice job I say. Farthest I have run in 36 years!
Way to go, Molly. Mind over matter is definately the key. I love that you are going almost 5 miles. You will be ready for a 10k before you know it, and then a 1/2. Keep running!
