Weigh in today was great. Down 2 pounds. Yeah! I'm so glad that it is a loss and that it's not 1 pound. Traveling makes such a difference. This past weekend - no traveling. Yay! I'm still shooting for my goal of 221 by July 1st. I'm at 225.8 today so it's in sight! A little hard work and I will be in the teens. OH MY HECK!!! YES!! 15% here I come!!!

  1. Get job running further, and on the weight loss. I almost always leave my watch home now. I use to time every run, but now it is more how I feel. There is some good and some bad to this approach. You can really enjoy running, but you can get really slow.
    Can you believe how fast a year can go...my baby is 14 months. They are so fun!

  2. Only 2 months younger than Bailee. You'll have to post a picture sometime - or I could go to Facebook and look - duh.
