What a great run this morning. I did a different route and it was fun, a little change. I ran down hill for the first part and then up hill for the last part. It felt great. A small victory - I ran 33 minutes WITHOUT stopping. That is huge to me. It wasn't as long as I would have liked but still feels great!
Distance 2.6145 Time 33:00 12.6 minutes a mile - up hills was a little slower pace. Still felt great!
Weigh in is today. I'm watching my friends kids so I've got to figure out how to get there. I just love a challenge!
