This morning was rough. I didn't feel real great and running didn't sound fun at all. I got my husband up and walked with him instead. After a 40 minute walk I felt a lot better. Now I'm ready to start the crazy day. Get cleaned up, get grocery shopping done and..... get a new pair of running shoes! Kind of excited. I'm going to have a foot analysis done and see what kind of shoes I should be wearing. Yesterday I looked up some running info, mostly training. How to build endurance, how to run a faster 5K. In all honesty, I would like to run a 10K in October. I know I could be ready by then, maybe September...... Um. Have a wonderful Monday!

Did you get your new shoes? I hope you did the foot analysis, good running shoes are so crucial. You could definely do a 10k in September. You could do one now. You may be a little slow, but you could do it. Maybe you should come run a race in Idaho this summer, I would love to run with you. At least call me if you come into town, we could run one morning together. Running with friends is my favorite thing. Hey, and about the friends at the party the other day, you are part of their little club, you are a runner. They may not quite realize it yet, but you need to beable to. You are doing an amazing thing...pretty soon, you will have others asking you about what to do, how to train, how you got started. You are an inspiration to me now, and will be an inspiration to others in the future!
