I took a day off from working out yesterday. Felt good. I went to bed at 1:00 AM last night - didn't feel so good. My body was awake this morning at 6:00 AM - what else could I do but get dressed and go for a run. I was slow. I was tired. It got done. I went just over two miles. I count it.
I went to get my hair cut today and I was telling Amy, who cuts my hair that I started running. I told her about everything, how I started, how long I' ve been going, about my 5K last weekend. Turns out, she started running about 3 weeks ago. It was a great conversation and before I knew my hair was done and I was out the door.
My cleaning is almost done but for today I'm calling it quits. I'm going to enjoy my husband's family who is visiting. Have a great Saturday!
