This morning I walked with DH. I know I need to do strength training on Tuesday and Thursday but we rarely get any time alone and it's hard to give up. On Sunday we will celebrate our 13th anniversary. WOW. How does time go so fast?
It's been a good week. Exercise has been good. Eating has been good. Weigh in is tomorrow and shouldn't be bad. I've been having losses, just one pound but it's still a loss and I will take it. I'm hoping that not traveling and being home will bump that number up a little - just a little.
I've been thinking about my route tomorrow. What will it be? Hills? The canal? Down Murdock? Maybe something totally new....
