It felt good. My hips are sore this morning though. I need to figure that out. Is it my stride? Is it the shoes? Is it the distance? Better stretching?
Hips may be from twisting while you run. Make sure your arms swing straight forward and back, not in front of your body.

ReplyDeleteNext time I will call. We visit so much less than we used to that we seemed to get pulled by a lot of directions. The arms swinging is a great suggestion - I'll pay attention next time - I think you are probably right.
