Day 2 - Shred

I hate to say it but.... I think that I need to move up to Level 2. I've done Level 1 3 out of the last 4 weeks and I'm not sore, I'm not really modifying so up I go - I'm not really looking forward to that. Well, I'm short on words and time. Getting in the shower! Here I come day -- are you ready for me?
