oh man. I woke up to run this morning, 5:45 AM - I did not feel good. My stomach was gurgling. My friend picked me up and we went to the Rec Center. I'm getting used to going this early and running in a circle. I pick people to pass - walkers and at least have a goal. Today I really was just going to get in 2 or 3 miles and be done. By 3 miles I felt pretty good, stomach felt good, legs so I kept going. By 50 minutes I was ready to be done mentally but my body felt pretty good. I just kept going until my friend stopped. Now I'm home, ready to shower and my stomach is churning again. GO AWAY! I have too much to do!

Behaviors this week again are going to be key. I tracked everything all weekend - yeah! I have 29.5 weekly points left - this is a huge difference. In the past I would have used all 35 points and then some. This is so great. I have 22 Activity points so far this week - I would love to have 35 Activity Points and 35 Weekly Points one week. That would be awesome and would be the sign of a great week.
Tracking my evening is going to be the goal for the week. I also need to have some positive thoughts floating through me head! Here goes a Monday!
