Day 1 - Shredding to Support Keelie!

I started over on the Shred - Day 1 - DONE! I didn't do it at all last week so here we go again. It's funny because 20 minutes just doesn't seem like enough and I don't have time for the bike this morning. I will wake up earlier the rest of the week and get more in.

The mark I want to shoot for is 199 - that would be 60 pounds. No I haven't hit the 50 pound mark yet but I wonder if setting a goal beyond that and not worrying about 50 pound will be beneficial. My Goal Date --- January 1, 2011. It is do-able and will keep me inline throughout the holidays.

  1. Way to go, Molly! I knew you could do it. I know what you mean about being able to run for fun. I did my last half without really training for it. It made it much more fun. I just woke up and decided I would run the half instead of the 10K. I just told someone today that I love the fact that I am able mentally as well as physically to run a half. It truly is 90% mental. Sign up for one. I doubt you will ever regret it.
