Today was good. I got up and rode the bike - it feels good to do that and hopefully I will build up to more than 25 minutes. Weight wise -- I don't know where I am. I have used all but 2 of my weekly points - wonder if this is because I'm tracking everything so much better. That's probably a really good bet!
I'm really considering not attending my Weight Watchers anymore. To be honest, I only go to weigh in. I haven't been attending the meetings. Something draws me to the meetings. Would I be more successful by attending my meetings?
