So I'm behind on my shred - Negative thought - I'm on Day 4 Yeah! I started level 2 today. Pretty good, I could do some of the things without modifying. Some of the moves are more high impact than my body likes but it will get there!
I am going to run 3 days a week so I will only Shred 3 days a week - it's a great change for my body. On my running days, I'm going to do push up and abs like yesterday. I can tell a difference in my arms and I love it. They feel solid - I can't wait for someone to grab my should and notice!
How come the negative thoughts creep in so easily? I can do this. I can. Focus on positive thoughts!
Confession - I made pizza rolls last night for dinner - so good. I had the points. I also made caramel apples. Yes - caramel apples. My boys love them. I had an apple - I also tasted some caramel. I am an all or nothing. I'm going to work on the nothing part. Not tasting.
