I was up and gone by 5:45 this morning. It feels good to have the workout done and over. I went with a friend who runs at the Rec Center. It's not my favorite. I miss outside. I miss the fresh air. My sensor isn't working the entire time and that's driving me a little crazy. I think I'll start running without it and let my head have some calm time without music shouting at me.

My attitude is going to be positive today. Positive self talk is one thing that I'm going to work on this week. I'm also going to reread my Book 4 from Weight Watchers.

I'm not sure how to get in the Shred and running. Today, after 45 minutes I stopped in an open area and did push ups and sit ups. Then I ran for 2 more minutes and repeated the push ups but a different set of abs. Felt good.

This week -- behaviors. Good Behaviors lead to good things!

    I need to tackle a task at which I fear I shall...suck :) butbutbut law of attraction I shall banish the sucking from my mind.
