Day 3 - Shred Running too

I took a day off yesterday so no Shred and no running. It felt good to sleep in - not as good if I had worked out but good.

Today - ran for 35 minutes - my Nike sensor was messed up this morning so I don't know the miles. I'm frustrated with my running and maybe my sensor just isn't reading right - I'm just slow Maybe it's because I'm running in a circle inside. I don't know.

I do know this. I need another race to focus on and I need to do some speed training. I think I will use Jeff Galloway's speed training. Running inside will be a great opportunity to do speed training -- which I need.

I got home and did the Shred. I knew I would miss it tomorrow and felt a little pressure to get it in. It felt good but tougher after running first.
