All summer I've run around 3.5 to 4.0 miles per day. On a long run day 5 - 6 miles. This week - almost 5 miles everyday. My friend runs for an hour so --- I'm running for an hour too. It has been really good for me.
Yesterday, behaviors - not bad. I'm getting more confindence. Isn't it amazing how fast the confidence can fly out the window? Saying no to caramel gives me confidence. Eating an apple instead of making a poor eating choice gives me confidence. Eating within my points gives me confidence. Being hungry, feeling hunger, recognizing hunger -- gives me confidence.
I really want to see if my activity points can match my flex points - unused flex points. I am tracking every day. Saturday and Sunday are getting tracked!

Tomorrow is a huge day, I don't have a break until 11:30 tomorrow night. I'm having a huge Shred debate -- do I want to get up before WW and do it?
