Wow - it has been a week. My poor husband has been in so much pain and taking care of him has been quite the process. No working out Tuesday, Wednesday or today. I did take some time to go weigh in this morning. I'm back and I love it! I am on the down hill side of this adventure and it feels great! I've decided not celebrate my weigh ins so much - they are all part of the process. I will tell you that it's been a GREAT two weeks of focusing on the behaviors and workings of WW and doing what I need to do and the results show on the scale. It is just a number (a really great number) but only a number. Behaviors, going to meetings, tracking, positive thinking - Mentally it's all going in the right direction!
