Food. When I was tracking for the past 2 months I wasn't honest. I didn't even realize I was cheating myself. This week I have tracked EVERYTHING! I've used all but 8.5 of my flex points. How was I having cookies and cookie dough and staying within my flex points? One behavior that is coming through that needs work is tracking the last part of the day. Tracking dinner, snacks. Anything after 4:00 wasn't getting tracked. This week it is.
It's been a "light bulb" week. A lot of eye opening things. I'm sure on the weekends when I didn't track I easily ate all of the 35 flex points and 4 days worth of points. I was cheating myself out of 2 days of weight loss. Amazing.
I was blind - I couldn't see the forest for the trees -
It's all changing.
I'm back on track.
