I will list more in the future. When I have time for myself today, I'm going back to my Weight Watchers books and reading - reading everything I need to do change my behavior. Food isn't the problem anymore - I need to focus on the behaviors and the numbers will follow.
Today - I was brave and weighed without running first. I have run all summer, skipped breakfast and drinks. All to weigh in and show a loss. No more. I gained 3.8 pounds this week. I'm back to my honest weight. Will I see a 50 pound loss? Heck ya! I will but I'm not going to focus on the numbers. The scale won't be used this week. I will track EVERYTHING. I will be honest with myself.
I can do hard things!
Here's to a blank slate and what can happen when my focus is on the right thing!
