So the week 4 training is kicking my butt. I've had to stop in the middle of the 5 minute portion. Monday I was outside, today on the treadmill and they were about the same difficulty. Do I do week 4 again? I wanted to run a 5K on June 5th - that would be my last week of training. If I repeat again it would put me a week behind. I guess we'll see how Friday goes and then make a decision. This week has been great. I am glad it's Wednesday - a day of laundry and house cleaning and then the weekend is that much closer. I'm excited to hit 10% - it's big to me. Even bigger is 15% and I can't wait to start working on that. It's somewhere that I've never been before! Can't wait!



I'm adding more - It's almost 2 hours later and I love how I feel. My legs feel good. My lungs feel good. I feel good. Bring it on -- I'm ready for you - Friday will be easier!
