So it's Sunday evening. I feel like I've eaten so poorly all weekend. I've got to go grocery shopping and get a menu planned. Isn't it all about planning? YES!!! Planning and tracking. Tomorrow I get back on track - literally. Week 2 of the 5K training and back to tracking and eating right!
I weighed 239 on Saturday. It is stuck in my head. Two hundred and thirty-nine, a number stuck in my head. I only want to spend a week here, I'm looking toward the 220s! By the middle of May- I will be there! Okay, June 1st is my goal here - 220!
