Well, it was back on the treadmill this morning. No fresh breeze or gravel crunching. It was okay, glad that I got up and got it done. I think I've almost got my husband talked into going with me on Monday. Yeah! Tomorrow is weigh in -- hoping I can get to my half way point to the four pounds I need to hit my 10%. It has been a good week overall. Glad I had a little extra pressure to be good.
