Yesterday was a marathon day and this morning came a little too soon. I did get up and on the treadmill. It really feels good. How can I remember this feeling if I want to quit? I need to bottle it and be able to mist all over! No, I'm not crazy - I've lost this feeling before, I don't want to have it happen again. No scale today. I may have a normal stay at home day today and I may just be able to get something done. How would that be? That something is laundry and a new grocery list since my sales all ended yesterday.
This may be too much information but I am so bloated and feel so yucky. I've felt like this for the past few days. I'm thinking today I need to pay close attention to what I eat. Do I feel like this from the beef and broccoli? Rice? I'm not sure. This entry is so bland. My apologies to myself when I read it again someday.

  2. I think the best way to remember it is to create that feeling over and over agin--so often that it just becomes the norm! You are going to be so proud of yourself when you cross the finish line of that 5K! Go you!
