Saturday weighing -- down 0.6 lbs. Yeah. After last weekend, I'm grateful for a loss. A small loss means hard work the next 2 weeks so that I can meet my 10% goal on May 1st.
We talked about tracking today at the meeting. I track faithfully everyday... except Saturday and Sunday. This week, I'm tracking everyday, especially Saturday and Sunday. I need to lose 4 pounds in two weeks which is very doable. I just have to focus, and keep my eyes on the goal. I can do it! I can do hard things! Bring it on!
Off to my Saturday cleaning and some yard work. Just keep burning, just keep burning, just keep burning... CALORIES!!!

  1. No sweat! You can do that! Good luck! Im back to tracking too. I eat way too much and way too many things that I shouldnt when I dont!
