3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I don't post a lot on the weekend but thought I would just remind myself of my goals and keep on track. I did track everything yesterday and today - in the past that rarely got done on the weekend. In the past like, last week. I've got to track everyday - it is just essential for me. I did use some flex points yesterday but only 7 - far cry from using all 35! Time for a Sunday nap - wait - it's too late. I'll just look forward to bed. I think I'm going to run outside tomorrow! Oh happy day!
