Oh my gosh! I jogged outside today. So awesome! The birds singing. The breeze hitting my face. Passing other people. My feet hitting the pavement crunching the road. Beautiful orchards and a cool breeze down the dip by the canal. Why haven't I been doing this for the past two weeks. Oh ya, it was snowing. I'm in week 3 of the Cool Runnings 5K training. This week you warm up, jog 90, walk 90, jog 3 min, walk 3 mins - twice. Felt great. I never thought I could jog for 3 minutes at this point but I did it! I remember this feeling, the feeling of tired, legs shaking, pushing through and then getting your second wind. Oh my! I've got to get in the shower and get my day started! Have a fabulous day!

  1. YES!! I love running outside. I have been doing that for the last week and a half and it has just lifted me up.

    Way to go with the running!
