What the heck? Snow? Seriously. I thought I would get up and walk some hills today, Mother Nature changed my mind. I put the Firm and did some. I skipped some parts, nice to decide that I could do that - like someone would care. Hee! Hee! Watch out Firm Fairy! I can and will skip around. I wanted to work on my arms so I did the arms parts. I did do some of the legs, squats, lunges... my fav!
I don't want to doubt my goal.... wait a minute. If I would leave the scale alone I wouldn't know how I was doing and I would have no doubts... I'm wiping that number from my mind and promise to not get on the scale today or tomorrow. Here I go -- I can do 2 pounds this week. I KNOW I CAN! Why? BECAUSE I CAN DO HARD THINGS!!!!
