Well, the scale shows the lack of commitment on my part this weekend. I'm up about 3 pounds. What was I thinking??? I'm back on track - here goes nothing! I'm not done with this journey, this isn't even a pit stop. I've got to get back to the journey. Start looking for the 220s! They aren't that far away!
This weeks challenge - well the challenge for the next 5 days - no sugar, not a drop - extra veggies, salads, fruits - not chips, cut up carrots and celery and eat!
I'm 5 pounds away from my 10% goal - I've got to look past that and really focus on the 220s. I haven't been there for so long and I can't wait to get there again!
I did week 2 of my 5K training. Love it! Tomorrow - The Firm! I've got to get the arms going again!
keep chipping away at that long term goal. sometimes we just become so focused on the small things that it prevents the larger things from happening...well, prolonging them.
