I joined a Health Challenge. I had the opportunity to take measurements and progress pictures. Those two things haven't been done for awhile. I can add them to a long, long list of things that haven't been happening. I'm slowly correcting those things. Today I sat down and entered a few recipes into my recipe builder on the Weight Watchers site. That feels good. Today I tracked my food as I ate it, not at the end of the day. Today I weighed my food so that my portions were correct. It feels good to start the journey again. I can do it. I really can. Here we go.

So it begins. Again. The battle that I will fight every day of my journey. I'm up six pounds. I know it's only six pounds but it's very discouraging. I struggle every winter with the blues and the past two weeks I have made it worse because I haven't workout very much at all and my eating has been out of control.
