Great day today! I got to the gym. It wasn't a running day. I skipped Tuesday so I did my leg workout today. It was a new one that I found on Pinterest. I loved it. It was tough but I can't wait to do it again. I love working out when I feel like I've done something!

I made it to Weight Watchers today. It felt good. I always feel renewed and motivated when I go to my meetings. I weighted but didn't look at the scale. I was down .4 pounds from my last weigh in at Weight Watchers but I'm not going to look at the numbers. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. Counting calories on My Fitness Pal has been refreshing, a good change.
