Renewed.  Recommitted.  I'm ready to go.  An integral part of my weight loss is Weight Watchers.  Integral may be an understatement.  Vital.  Weight Watchers is vital to my success.  I went today and weighed in.  Ahhh.  Finally.  Accountability.  I'm 3.8 pounds up.  I had to pay for my meeting.  It was all okay.  It was so nice to sit in the meeting and be with people who have the same struggles that I have.  I can do this.  I really can.

Our challenge from the meeting for this week:  What small change will I make this week?  I am going to plan all of my meals and include a vegetable with each meal and snack.

On my way home I stopped and bought a small white board so that I can write my weekly challenges on it.  I'm also going to track my water intake on it.
